Complete System Requirements

Our online fundraising programs require specific technical capabilities to ensure smooth participation. We've tested these requirements across hundreds of student setups since 2024, and they work reliably for interactive workshops, video calls, and resource access.

Hardware Essentials

  • Computer manufactured within the last 6 years (2019 or newer recommended)
  • Minimum 8GB RAM for smooth multitasking during sessions
  • Webcam with 720p resolution or higher for group discussions
  • Headset or quality speakers with microphone for clear audio
  • Reliable power supply or battery backup during 3-4 hour workshops
  • External mouse recommended for extended computer use

Software Requirements

  • Updated web browser: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+
  • PDF reader for course materials and fundraising templates
  • Basic word processor for assignments and action plans
  • Spreadsheet software for financial projections and tracking
  • Video conferencing software (we provide installation guides)
  • Email client configured for program communications

Internet Connection

  • Stable broadband connection with 25 Mbps download minimum
  • 5 Mbps upload speed for video participation in group sessions
  • Unlimited data plan recommended for extensive video content
  • Backup internet option (mobile hotspot) for important sessions
  • Low latency connection preferred for real-time collaboration
  • Ethernet connection recommended over WiFi when possible
